The Edge E1 Smart Keypad is an innovative access control system, able to control up to two gates or doors. This model is post-mounted, has a built-in intercom, designed with a stainless-steel faceplate and a powder-coated steel enclosure, making it durable against wear and tear. The Edge E1 has a LED-backlit keypad, making it easily accessible day or night.
The Edge E1 has two available Wiegand inputs, a standard 26-bit protocol, and the SBI Flex 64-bit Wiegand protocol. These allow the system to offer the customization and flexibility you need to keep your location secure. The 26-bit protocol gives the option to connect other Wiegand devices to your Edge1, while the SBI Flex 64-bit Wiegand protocol provides 4-to-11-digit codes with a 3-digit facility code equaling up to 100 billion codes.
The Edge E1 can be programmed and controlled from the unit, but with a secure, easy-to-use mobile app, you can program and manage the keypad all from the administrator app. Once the Edge E1 has connected via Bluetooth, you can manage updates, sync data, and export reports. The Edge Smart Keypad App is available for both Apple and Android devices.
