However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will match the product color displayed, depending upon the monitor/device you are using. This website attempts to display the most up-to-date product image available. However, due to manufacturing differences, batch variances, or product revisions, the product you receive may not exactly match. Errors on Our Site

We will correct errors promptly once discovered, and DF Supply, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged. If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DF Supply, Inc. will issue a refund to your payment method for the amount charged. Your bank's policies will determine when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under our Return Policy.

Sales Tax Policy

For orders sold in some states in the US, DF Supply, Inc. collects and remits sales tax as required by U.S. law. Pennsylvania Sales Tax Notice

Pennsylvania sales or use tax may be due in connection with the purchase and delivery of tangible personal property to Pennsylvania individuals and businesses.

The purchaser is required to file a use tax return if tax is due in connection with the purchase and delivery in the Commonwealth.

This notice is required pursuant to the provisions of the Tax Reform Code of 1971. 72 P.S. § 7213.2.

Paying for Your Order

You may pay for your orders with Electronic Check, ACH, Wire Transfer, Credit Card, or Debit Card. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® Card. Not all payment methods may be accepted online at this time. If the payment method you wish to use is unavailable online, please call our sales team to complete your order at (888) 378-1130.

Generally, your selected payment method of choice will be processed once your order has been finalized/approved and processed. However, if you choose to pay by credit or debit card, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer when you place the order, which may affect your available credit line. Each bank varies in how long it holds preauthorization funds before releasing them. Contact your bank for details about their process and how it may affect you. When paying for a preorder with a debit card, you will be charged when you place your preorder.

Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will verify the information you provide, including your payment method and shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provided with the order.

Generally, we will not charge your credit or debit card if we reject an order. However, if a charge has been made to your card, we will process a refund to the card that was charged.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

DF Supply, Inc. may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. DF Supply, Inc. also reserves the right to reject any order that has been placed with us. These restrictions may include, but are not limited to, orders placed by the same website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by email and/or the billing address provided when the order was placed. DF Supply, Inc. reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

Text Message Policy

By providing your mobile number and opting into our text service, you agree to receive automatic text messages at the mobile number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. We reserve the right to modify this policy or discontinue this service at any time without notifying you.

Expedited Shipping Policy

We may offer you an expedited shipping option during the checkout process. Accepting this option instead of ground does not guarantee delivery by a specific date/time. While we make every attempt to expedite your order, it may be delayed for several reasons – including but not limited to the following: invalid shipping address, payment method decline, invalid contact information, product availability, holidays, and carrier-related delays. If we expect a delay in your shipment, we will try to notify you. Some custom-ordered items are not eligible for this service, in which case we will contact you to switch to a different shipping method. Items shipping freight or common carrier are not eligible for this or any other expedited services. This expedited service does not guarantee or imply delivery by a specific carrier. We retain the right to modify this shipping policy or discontinue the expedited shipping offer at any time.

Item Availability

We may display or reference on our site that an item is “in stock"; however, this does not guarantee that your item will ship today, nor is it a guarantee that this item is in stock. While we make every effort to keep inventory accurate for all items, certain circumstances may make this item unavailable after you place your order or prevent it from shipping today. Our "in stock" reference does not guarantee or imply a commitment that this item will ship or be delivered by a certain date. The item may be unavailable for several reasons, including but not limited to incorrect inventory counts, selling out during checkout, unsellable inventory, software errors, and warehouse conditions beyond our control. International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, and customs/brokerage fees. DF Supply, Inc. has no control over these charges, as the recipient country levies them directly.You must pay these charges before the shipment is released from customs. Our online international shipping method does not guarantee or imply a specific carrier. If you choose to return part or all of your order, you are fully responsible for the return shipping & must prepay any applicable fees/taxes.
